Bring cash or card to do an optional activity in Xel-Há, purchase your photos or buy souvenirs. ​ Approximate duration: 12 hours (includes transfer times). In Tulum an additional tax is charged for the use of a video camera, which is not included in the cost of the tour.

Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age. ​ Reservations canceled more than two days before the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administration fee. Cancellations 2 to 0 days before the original arrival date, or in case of no-show, will not be refundable.

Any change in visit date may be subject to rate changes. It is not possible to change the date on the same day of the tour. ​ There may be changes without prior notice in the logistics or operation of the tour.
