Activities in the Xplor park are recommended for children over 5 years old (they must be accompanied by an adult at all times). NOTE: for the Zip Line activity a minimum height of 1.10 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg is required.

Wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and insect repellent; Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel. Your sunscreens, repellents, and tanners should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park. If you do not meet this requirement, at the entrance there is a module where you can exchange them for a chemical-free sample; Your products will be returned to you upon departure.

​Xplor is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The minimum age to enter Xplor is 5 years old. 25% discount for children from 5 to 11 years old on the adult rate (it is essential to present identification at the Park ticket offices).

Children taller than 1.40 m, but under 12 years old, must present identification to prove their age. Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women. If you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain or get dizzy easily, certain activities in the Park are not recommended.

To carry out the Zip Line activity, the maximum weight allowed is 130 kg and the minimum is 40 kg. The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 120 cm and 65 cm around each leg. In the case of children, the harness must fit correctly and have a minimum height of 1.10 m, otherwise, for their safety, they will not be able to carry out the activity.

Activities have height and weight requirements. For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 1.10 m; for Rafts and Swimming in the Stalactite River it is 1 m; For Hamacuatizaje, a minimum height of 1 m and a maximum weight of 136 kg is required. For Toboganxote, the minimum height is 1.20 m and maximum weight is 100 kg.

The tour includes transportation only if you add it at the time of your purchase. Reservations canceled more than 2 days before arrival date are subject to a 10% administration fee; 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, they will not be refundable.
