Your sunscreens, repellents, and tanners should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park. For tours (with transportation) confirm the time and place of departure. Bring cash or card to buy souvenirs or purchase photos of your visit.

Xplor is open Monday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The minimum age to enter Xplor Fuego is 5 years old. 25% discount for children from 5 to 11 years old on the adult rate (it is essential to present identification at the Park ticket offices).

 

Children taller than 1.40 m, but under 12 years old, must present identification to prove their age.

Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women. If you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain, or get dizzy easily, certain activities in the park are not recommended.

 

 

To carry out the Zip Line activity, the maximum weight allowed is 130 kg and the minimum is 40 kg. The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 120 cm and 65 cm around each leg. In the case of children, the harness must fit correctly and have a minimum height of 1.10 m, otherwise, for their safety, they will not be able to carry out the activity.

Activities have height and weight requirements. For Amphibious Vehicles, the minimum height is 1.10 m; for Rafts and Swimming in the Stalactite River it is 1 m; For Hamacuatizaje, a minimum height of 1 m and a maximum weight of 136 kg is required.

 

The tour includes transportation only if you add it at the time of your purchase.

 

Reservations canceled more than 2 days before arrival date are subject to a 10% administration fee; 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, they will not be refundable. It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.
