A service booked and paid for through our website is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-endorsable. 

 

Only if the client or buyer of our services cancels before the 31 days of waiting for the arrival or the service, 75% of the total amount of the charge applied to your invoice will be refunded through our site.

 

Travel Oportunity is an independent provider, there is no direct control over any payment or according to the rules of each of our providers. Once the online purchase has been made, Travel Oportunity  acts as an intermediary in its services.

 

Any buyer agrees not to claim against the company for loss of time, lost materials, physical damage caused during the trip, accommodation or any point of interest.
